We aim to provide the highest level of professional and quality care to our patients, carers, and their families in a safe and supportive environment.

To enable us to continuously improve our patient care we have formed the Far North Day Hospital Consumer Focus Group which assists our management team with our processes, patient journey, documentation,  initiatives and activities, all focused on ensuring we meet our patient’s needs.

We are also members with QPS Benchmarking which is a National Program that provides a comprehensive set of indicators aligned to industry standards to assist us in measuring internal performances as well as compare results within our industry group.

If you have a compliant, concern or feedback please let our team know. We value the thoughts, concerns and suggestions of our patient, carers, families and partnering consumers.
